I am very pleased at the promptness at which my order was dispatched to Greece, and when I called the next day to have the card activated it was done very quickly which allowed me to view all the sports programs on Saturday.

I arrived back in France to find the Samsung working wonderfully! We had it installed by a local electrician who, in the end, aligned the satellite to Astra 1D. But it's working really well and I'm so happy to have BBC at last.

Just to let you know UPS delivered the box today. I had the dish aligned in about 10 minutes (found the German (astra-3?) satelite first) using the guide at www.satelliteforcaravans.co.uk. The card started working fine when I inserted it the correct way up (ahem ahem). I will definitely recommend you to friends.

Also, we are very happy with the services you provide. The only disappointing thing is that we cannot watch BBC channels any longer and that Disney and ITV are still not available for us.
Is there a hope that situation will change in that respect?
